George is hands down my favorite caveman and Marine! The recipes that he has created and shared are wonderful, easy to make and delicious.

I often refer friends of mine that are new to the Paleo life-style to his website Civilized caveman creations as a go to site! Also still one of my personal favorite sites for good clean food. My preferred caveman meal is the Caveman chili and “rice”. Thanks George for sharing with all of us your talents and dedication.

Along with being an awesome person, the food that George of Civilized Caveman Cooking Creations makes could go head to head with some of the best food in this country and win, not to mention, it is all perfectly Paleo.This food quells any myth that gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, and mostly sugar-free has to be flavor-free. Everything from his coconut chocolate chip cookies to his beasty barbecue sauce (two of my favorite recipes that I have made multiple times) packs a punch that I don’t think could be equaled by any non-Paleo version. As if reading and making an awesome recipe wasn’t enough, with every blog post you get to witness George’s infectious sense of humor and desire to change the world one person at a time.

He is one of the most positive and optimistic people I know and makes me desire to make others smile, even it is by the smallest gesture, just as he does. I highly recommend anything by Civilized Caveman Cooking Creations and my friend George!

This awesome cavey-dude sure knows how to kick some serious gluten butt in the kitchen. George’s recipes have time and time again saved me from the purgatory of my own “everything but the kitchen sink” cooking tactics. His creativity, and use of flavors makes every recipe exciting. Plus, those photos?! Excuse me while I mop up my keyboard… I always know when I try a C4 it will be a sure-fire success! I am lucky enough to call George a dear friend now, and my only regret is moving back across country where it means he’ll never cook me dinner again!

This is one stand up dude who deserves nothing but the best as he puts everything he has into helping others. I wish him and Abel the best of luck with their ebook, but I have no doubts they will both continue to kick some major booty in the ever-growing paleo-sphere!
